Citibank, N.A., Indonesia Branch (Citibank) is a full branch of Citibank, N.A. with its head office in New York, USA. Citigroup Inc. fully owns Citibank. Citi has been established in Indonesia since 1968. With around 3.500 employees, Citi proudly serves the country by providing daily banking services, as well as corporate and investment products to our valued customers.

By asset size, Citi is one of the largest foreign banks in Indonesia. Citibank operates 10 branches in  6 (six) major cities in Indonesia namely Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, Semarang, Medan, and Denpasar. Citibank also has one of the largest consumer transaction networks with around 33,000 payment points and one of the largest corporate distribution networks with approximately 6,000 locations in 34 provinces. Citibank is connected to ATM Bersama networks with more than 70,000 ATM terminals throughout Indonesia.  

Citibank also works actively to make an important contribution in citizenship which reaches various communities who are in need. Under the umbrella of Citi Peka (Care and Create Something Impactful), Citibank’s mission is to enable growth and economic progress for the beneficiaries. Each year Citibank conducts Global Community Day where in one period, all employees are invited to do social activity in every country where Citibank operates, including in Indonesia.
